Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.
Shipping costs is calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.
Order Processing
We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority.
In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to Lovekimochisales@gmail.com referencing your order number.

- Express ( 1-3 Business Day)
RETURNS
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the following exceptions:
If your item is defective upon receipt: Lovekimochi customer service must be contacted at Lovekimochisales@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees of replacements sent to international locations.
If you are dissatisfied with an item: Only unopened and undamaged packages that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping, actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund. We WILL NOT accept open/used items for return.
All returns: Please contact customer service via email on all returning package within 7 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. All returns must be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for the full value against damage and loss. We WILL NOT be responsible for any returns before receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at Lovekimochisales@gmail.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approval by a Lovekimochi sales rep. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Should a chargeback be issued by accident or on purpose, our company will attempt to resolve the situation with the purchaser. If the chargeback is still processed we reserve the right to forward the case to a Collection Agency. We also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include full name, email, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number.
